A3 Collaborative Technologies (Operational Support)

This module provides an in-depth understanding of various collaborative technologies and communication tools that school support staff can use to enhance their work efficiency, support their stakeholders, and contribute to a sustainable environment.  The course will cover effective communication channels, time management and productivity software applications.
